Choosing an Area for Employee Housing in Tokyo

Start with the workplace and commute
Consider where employees will actually work, including transfers, walking distance to stations and working hours. These requirements can be more useful than proximity to the registered company address alone.
Combine the budget with housing needs
Review the company's rent limit, desired layout, family requirements and move-in date together. Prioritize essential conditions so that available properties can be compared realistically.
Compare actual properties
Buildings within the same area differ in size, equipment, station access and lease terms. Check current listing conditions and the property itself. The public sales-market figures on our website do not show corporate housing rents or current vacancies.
Discuss your location with REI Estate
Based in Chiyoda, REI Estate arranges corporate housing primarily in Tokyo. Inquiries outside Tokyo are also welcome. Share the location, workplace, budget and timing so we can confirm the scope of support, from property searches to contracts and employee viewings when needed.
